The affair was man- aged b,~, Mrs. Richard Hayes. Mrs. Joseph Romicke and Mrs. Robert M. Pratt. Tables were attractive with flower arrangements amt the children were seated in happy mood at the small kindergarten tables. Mr. Pratt. pastor-superintendent. gave a report of progress. Loyal teachers, a new and improved seines of lesson texts, a class spirit devoted to one hundred percent attendance every Sunday ,an up-to-date library, a complete set of maps covering the Old and New Testaments. missionary prbjects, combine to c,'eate an interest in a Sunday school that ~s in line with the standards of public education. The resignation of Mrs. Ernest Huddart, who ~s soon to leave Avalon for Twentynine ]-'alms. as secretary- treasurer of the Sunday school, was received with expressions of very deep regret.
