PUBLIC NOTICE INTERIOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Oct. 2, 2017 the City of Avalon begins it's Annual Registration for all Interior Residential Vehicles, and will continue through November 1, 2017. Vehicle permits renewed after 4:30 p.m. November 1, 2017 shall be considered late, and will be required to pay a "late renewal charge" of $25.00 per permit, in addition to the regular renewal fee of $30.00. If you wish to register a vehicle at this time you may drive it down to City Hall and bring proof of current registration. You must also be prepared to provide proof of Interior Residency. INTERIOR PERMIT HOLDERS, WHO HAVE RELOCATED TO AVALON, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO RENEW THEIR INTERIOR VEHICLE PERMITS AND INTERIOR PERMITTED VEHICLES CANNOT PARK OVERNIGHT IN AVALON ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY ON MORE THAN AN OCCASIONAL BASIS WITH A TEMPORARY PERMIT. Registration for vehicles will be conducted at City Hall, 410 Avalon Canyon Rd between the hours of 9:00-12:00 and 2:00- 4:30. The fee for renewal is $30.00 per permit.
