of Avalon begins its Annual Registration for all Interior Residen-
tial Vehicles, and will continue through November 1, 2006.
Vehicle permits renewed after 5:30 p.m. November 1, 2006
shall be considered late, and will be required to pay a "late
renewal charge" of $25.00 per permit, in addition to the regu-
lar renewal fee.
If you wish to register a vehicle at this time, you may drive it

am. and 5:00 p.m.
Recent changes in the Vehicle Code allow a permit holder to
apply for renewal without registering a vehicle, providing that
the permittee remains otherwise qualified and pays the appro-
priate registration fee. The fee for renewal is $24.00 per per-
mit. ALL PERMIT HOLDERS WITH OUTSTANDING TRAFFIC
CITATIONS MUST TAKE CARE OF THESE OBLIGATIONS
BEFORE RECEIVING THEIR STICKER.
