Real April 22, 2016 CA DRE Ucease #013934874 !~J ~-T-~~- r~ www.focebook.com/4cire I A man and a woman, both Newport Beach residents, were injured last Sunday when a A single-engine Cessna 172 crashed below Empire Landing Road, near the Airport-in-the-Sky runway. By the time the first responder arrived, the pilot had gotten out of the wreckage but the other passenger remained trapped inside. Emergency responders extracted the remaining passenger. The two patients were transported to Harbor UCLA, where they were listed in fair condition as of mid-week. The National Transportation Safety Board is in charge of the investigative team, which includes representatives from the Federal Aviation Administration.
