Avalon Youth Basketball 2014 is the 'dream team' The dream team has been led by Hannah Hoefs scoring 40 points in 5 games and helping her team earn 4 victories. Vicky Soto has also helped her team by getting 26 steals. Gulianna Alcala has 53 rebounds this season in 5 games. All these girls contribute to make this team great! The Sparks team has been hav- ing a tremendous season being the only team in Avalon Youth Basketball leagues to remain undefeated they are currently 6-0 with scores of 22-19, 35- 33, 34-21, 36-35, 42-28, and there latest victory was just this last Tuesday with a score of 44-39 in overtime. Madeline Hiniker leads the team in points with 160 points in 6 games. Jenny Hernandez and Grace Hobbs are 2 great defend- ers and average 8 steals a game. Brenda Padilla is the rebounding machine of this league getting 7 rebounds per game.
